Yes! Placement of the 4G/LTE router can make a huge difference in internet speeds and reception. We recommend https://www.cellmapper.net to find the location of the closest tower, and place the router on that side of the house near a window.
Our devices work very well with cellular signal boosters and antennas! In fact, they can make a HUGE difference in low signal areas. We recommend a cellular signal booster when customers cannot get more than 1 - 2 bars of signal at their location.

We ask that our customers sign up for autopay upon signing up for our services! Each new customer will receive an email with an autopay form to be completed. The customer chooses which day of the month the recurring transaction will charge, so that our customers have flexibility in when their bill is due!
We do offer a 14 day trial of our services; however, we can only refund the cost of equipment. The exception is if the services are never activated or no data has been used from the plan. If a refund is requested before activation, the full amount will be refunded upon the return of the equipment.
We recommend signal strength of at least 3 bars of signal with your cell phone for our services to be recommended. 1-2 bars of signal can be serviced, but with the recommendation of a cellular signal booster.
